Adam J. Poteracki joined DiMonte & Lizak, LLC in 2007. He is a graduate of the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame (B.B.A., Management, 2004) and the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D., cum laude, 2007). While at Wisconsin, Adam was a recipient of the State Bar of Wisconsin Academic Achievement Award for highest achievement in both Secured Transactions and Trademarks. He currently practices in the areas of entity formation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, the documentation of secured and unsecured loan transactions, and estate and trust planning and administration, including contested probate litigation and citation proceedings. Adam is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
