Dennis S. Nudo is a graduate of DePaul University, Business College, with a concentration in accounting. He attended DePaul University College of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1967 and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1967. Dennis is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association where he was president from 1978-1979. Dennis has been a member of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission since 1980. He has served in various capacities, including Inquiry Board panel member (1980-1984), Hearing Board panel member and Chairman (1984-1996), and currently serves as a member of the Oversight Review Committee. Dennis' practice focuses on transactional law, with an emphasis on estate planning, purchase and sale of commercial and industrial real estate, purchase and sale of businesses, and the formation of business structures and entities with an emphasis on asset protection and liability encapsulation.
