Eugene A. Di Monte, after graduating from DePaul University College of Commerce in 1958, and DePaul University College of Law in 1961, commenced his law practice in 1961 and is one of the founders of the firm. He is a former Director of the Barrington Area Development Council and member of the South Barrington Plan Commission. Gene has an extensive background in corporate law, business planning, mergers, sales and acquisitions, construction law, and all phases of real estate law, including zoning, development, construction financing, and leasing. One of Gene's greatest strengths is the careful crafting of transactional documents and he regularly assists bank clients in the drafting and negotiation of complex loan transactions, loan modifications, contract forfeitures, and repayment plans. Gene is well-known for his counsel, deal-making, and negotiation skills.
