Free Lunch Time Teleconference Program Begins
Di Monte & Lizak attorneys Margherita Albarello and Julia Jensen Smolka kicked off their new Lunch Break Teleconference Program on May 13 to resounding success. This free monthly program allows our clients to join us "over the phone" to discuss business-related legal questions.
The program addresses employment and business management issues and will cover topics such as family and medical leave, overtime, harassment, termination, collecting accounts receivables, lien basics, what your rights are if a vendor or customer files for bankruptcy, and more. Our May conference addressed the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. Our June conference addressed collecting accounts receivable.
If you would like to participate in this free program, e-mail our assistant, Mara Mulvany, at mmulvany@dimontelaw.com. Each month, you will receive an advance e-mail identifying the topic for discussion. Upon receipt of your RSVP, you will be sent a confirmation and free call-in number.
All seminars will be held between 12:15 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. If you have particular questions regarding the selected topic, e-mail your questions to Mara at least two weeks in advance of the program, and we will make every attempt to address your question live during the program.
This conference is intended only to provide information of general interest to you and other discussion participants. Since there will be other individuals participating in the conference, no attorney/client privilege exists as to any discussion that occurs during the conference. Information contained in this conference should not be considered as individual legal advice or legal opinion and is not a substitute for individualized legal advice.
