Lin is a former Chairman of the Illinois Bar Association Section on Business Advice and Financial Planning, the past chair of the Secretary of State's Business Laws Advisory Committee, and was integral in the drafting of the Illinois Limited Liability Company Act, as well as the recent amendments that created the series entity. 4th Annual Real Estate Symposium Features Lin HansonDi Monte & Lizak partner Linscott R.
