Minetz Argues Before Illinois Supreme Court

Presents Oral Argument

September 17, 2003 -- A team of Di Monte & Lizak attorneys headed by Robert S. Minetz will be appearing before the Illinois Supreme Court on Wednesday, September 24th, to present oral argument in the case of  Advanced Imaging Center of Northern Illinois v. Cassidy.  The case seeks the Court's interpretation of §12.56 of the Illinois Business Corporation Act which was, coincidentally drafted by a committee chaired by another member of Di Monte & Lizak.
