Robert S. Minetz is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Law where he graduated with honors (1973). While at the University of Illinois, he was a member of the law review. He completed his undergraduate education at DePaul University. After DePaul University, he served in the First Infantry Division in the Republic of Vietnam before attending law school. Bob does primarily commercial litigation in the state and federal courts, including real estate, employment, breach of contract, and shareholder disputes, along with most other commercial problems. He has worked extensively in the trial courts and also in the appellate courts. Bob has authored numerous articles which have been published in a number of legal periodicals. He is also a certified mediator.
