Rosanne M. Sitkowski joined Di Monte & Lizak in 2001. She has over 25 years experience in the area of residential real estate transactions, including the preparation of transfer documentation, processing and review of title searches, liens and encumbrances. She assists our real estate attorneys in all aspects of the closing of buyer and seller real estate transactions.
